The Foundation’s annual 5-mile walk is being held on Saturday, June 21st, 2008 in Fairmount Park starting at Northwestern Avenue & Forbidden Drive in Chestnut Hill. The path takes you 2.5 miles along the Wissahickon Creek to Valley Green and returns along the same path ending at Harper’s Meadow for a light lunch. The path is shaded and flat but not paved.
Join hundreds of others to help raise funds to support the educational programs and services provided free of charge to those with epilepsy/seizure disorder and their families. Gather a team and walk together. Greet old friends and meet new ones while raising funds and awareness in our eighteen-county service area of eastern Pennsylvania.
