The Epilepsy Foundation of Eastern Pennsylvania is a non-profit 501(c)(3) voluntary health agency whose mission is to address the non-medical needs of those with epilepsy/seizure disorder and their families. We accomplish this through education, support and advocacy. All of our educational programs and services are offered FREE of charge.

The Foundation provides listings of medical facilities, physicians and specialists with epilepsy expertise; legal counseling specializing in disability law, social security disability, educational rights, employment discrimination and more.

The Foundation staff is available to speak with individuals regarding the diverse issues that are a part of epilepsy/seizure disorder and offer options for problem solving or resolution with referrals.
School Alert
SCHOOL ALERT - Are you seizure smart?
Early intervention for school-aged children with epilepsy/seizure disorder is the cornerstone to ensuring that they have the support services necessary to maximize their educational experience.
Camp Achieve
CAMP ACHIEVE
Camp Achieve is a week-long camping experience for children (8-12) and teens (13-17) with epilepsy/seizure disorder.
Adult Support Services
ADULT SUPPORT SERVICES
We have information and referral resources for adults and children with uncontrolled epilepsy who may qualify for benefits in areas of health care coverage, prescription medications, educational opportunities, social security and others.
Conferences & Workshops
CONFERENCES & WORKSHOPS
The Foundation hosts an annual Epilepsy Education & Wellness Fair in November - Epilepsy Awareness Month.
Support Groups
SUPPORT GROUPS
Support groups offer adults, children, parents, friends and family members an opportunity to share emotional support while gaining information and knowledge.
