The L.E.A.P. to Understanding – Local Epilepsy Awareness Project Invites You To …

Join Us on For A Community
Conversation About Epilepsy/Seizure Disorders

 With Your Help We Will:

  • Identify our community needs, existing services, and service gaps.
  • Deepen our connections as a community concerned about the impact of epilepsy on children.
  • Inspire action that would make a difference in our area!

The Epilepsy Foundation, in conjunction with the PA Department of Health, Bureau of Family Health and Special Kids Network of Care are hosting a series of local meetings, lead by parents, to talk with families with children who are growing up with seizures and epilepsy.

L.E.A.P. to Understanding is an opportunity for family members, medical professionals, school personnel, and others concerned about epilepsy to come together and share experiences and talk about the needs, gaps in services and recommendations for improving  services in Pennsylvania.
