A Seizure Action Plan can help you organize seizure information and have it available when and where it is needed. A prepared plan can help you and others around you know what to do to prevent an emergency and what to do in emergency situations. You can also adapt these plans to different situations in your life. By being prepared you can have more confidence to participate in activities and enjoy your life to the fullest. It is recommended that every individual diagnosed with epilepsy have a Seizure Action Plan!
